This policy explains what NLP Training Guide (“we”, “us”) collects when you use nlptrainingguide.com, why we collect it, and the control you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.
Who we are
NLP Training Guide is an independent review site for NLP training. You can reach us at hello@nlptrainingguide.com.
What we collect
We collect only what we need:
- Things you send us. If you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you write.
- Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe to our letter, we store the email address you give us.
- Usage data. Like most sites, we collect anonymous information about how pages are used (for example, which articles are read and roughly where visitors come from) through analytics.
- Cookies. Small files that help the site work and help us understand traffic. Some affiliate links also set a cookie so a school can credit a referral to us. See “Cookies” below.
How we use it
To reply to you, send the newsletter you asked for, understand which content is useful, keep the site secure, and receive credit for affiliate referrals. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site: our web host, our email/newsletter provider, and our analytics provider (for example, Google Analytics and Google Search Console). Affiliate networks and schools receive only the anonymous referral signal from a cookie, not your personal details. Each provider only handles what it needs to do its job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies
You can control or clear cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may affect how some parts of the site work, but you can still read everything. Affiliate cookies record that you arrived at a school through us; they do not identify you to us by name.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@nlptrainingguide.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honour those requests.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages and subscriber emails only as long as we need them for the purpose you gave them, and remove them on request. Analytics data is retained in aggregate.
Children
This site is meant for adults considering professional training. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top. Please check back from time to time.
